Under the aegis & supervision of Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPR&D), New Delhi a training Program for officers engaged in security arrangements of G-20 events was held from 09.01.2023 to 12.01.2023 in which senior police officers from different states of the country participated. Training & Discussions were held on the subject of G-20 Summit, Security, Traffic Management, Crowd Control, Media Management and Emergency management. Maj. Gen. Anuj Mathur (Retd), Sh Anurag Kumar, IG/IC Trg. BPR&D, Sh. Satyendra Garg, Ex. Spl.CP, Sh. Rajkumar Rajpal, SMS Hospital, Sh. Simardeep Singh, DIG, NSG and Sh. Sarat Kaviraj, IPS IG SCRB mentored the trainees about different security related issues and topics to all the participants.All the officers shared their experiences in sequence, presented their views and highlighted the coordinarily the centre security organization. On the valediction Session Dr. Amandeep Singh Kapoor, Director CDTI, Jaipur expressed his gratitude to the all the participants officers.Also, One day training program on G-20 meeting was held on 13 Jan 2023 for senior supervisory Police officers across the country, where the process and arrangement to be adopted at the time of emergency and disaster. All officers shared their Views & experiences on the theme. Ms. Bhawana Saxena, Joint Secretary Security (Ministry of External Affairs) and Gopal Sharma Ex. DG of Police of J&K, Shri Prafful Kumar, IG, Udaipur Range presented their views and highlighted the coordination of central security agencies.
